Each year the club may present this award to any financial member who has been a financial member for twenty five (25) consecutive years. Any break of financial membership will require a new period of consecutive years to be calculated.
The only exception to the above criterion is where a member was a financial member in 1997, a non-financial member in 1998 and then a financial member again in 1999. In such circumstances, the non-financial year (ie. 1998) will be regarded as a financial year only for the purposes of this award.
